Hue and Cry. James Stephens Wanted Notice , dated February 1868 offering reward of £l,000 for information leading to his arrest. Probably the most celebrated issue of Hue & Cry. Despite the huge reward Stephens escaped to the U.S, via Paris & was never caught.
